RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
By a purchase, you agree the folowing:
Please note that the return must be requested within 3 calendar days from the date of delivery and that the shipping cost will only be refunded if the return is a result of our error. Please read carefully the Terms & Conditions below to determine whether your return is eligible for a refund.
RETURNING STEPS
All returns and exchanges must be requested no later than 3 calendar days after receiving the product. Please contact us to have the shipping address for return and please do not send the item back to the same address of shipping. Our team will control all received items so you need to send the goods to our return address only.
RULES ABOUT RETURN PROCEDURE
A little restocking fee on the entire value of the order (item(s) + shipping) will be applied when returning the goods to us. The shipping cost will be paid by us only when the return is a result of our error. If you received a damaged or wrong merchandise, we advise you to immediately contact our Customer Service within and no later than 3 business days. No fees are due if the return is caused by a fault on our part (wrong order shipped, etc.)
(*) Please note that an exchange/return can be just requested once per order.
RULES ABOUT GOOD CONDITION
Your purchase is shipped brand new. Items that you return must be in the same new condition as they were received. All returned items must be in their original state and deemed to be in unworn condition before the can be accepted for a total refund. The item must be returned in new and unused condition , parts and accessories (including dust bags) to insure full credit. Your return of merchandise will not be accepted if it is not sent back in the proper new condition. Returns not accepted will be disposed of or shipped back to you at your cost.
CAN I EXCHANGE ITEMS ?
You can exchange an item by sending it back to us within 3 days from the receiving date. An exchange can be asked only once per item. We ship the exchange product when the original product is delivered back to us. Refunds are processed after checking returned items integrity and credits may take up to 3 days.
Please simply contact us if you would like to return your item or would like to exchange sizes.

The product does not have any quality problems, the buyer needs to pay the returned shipping cost or exchange the shipping cost
IF THE ITEM IS LOST
In transit, if the item is missing, victorseller.com will be re-shipped items or refund (if the item is lost causing the recipient customs, we will not responsible for any damages)
